Why this company exists
Almost every homeowner who calls us has the same story. A contractor gave a low number, started fast, then disappeared for a week at a time. The bathroom sat half demolished. The final invoice arrived with extras nobody had discussed.
That failure is structural, not personal. A company that survives on subcontracted labour has no control over its own schedule, and no ability to promise a finish date honestly. So RK Renovation was built the other way around: our own crew, our own equipment, a written scope, and a number that does not move.
It is a slower way to grow. It also means that when we tell you the shower will be tiled by Thursday, there is nobody else who has to show up for that to happen.

Hidden work gets photographed
Waterproofing, framing repairs, flashing and blocking all get documented before they disappear behind finish. You get the photos whether you ask or not.
We clean up every day
Floors protected, dust contained, tools off the walkway. You are living in the house while we work in it, and we build around that.
