Before you call
How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you call during working hours. If you reach voicemail we are on a job site, not ignoring you.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, measure, talk through options and send a written scope with a fixed price. There is no fee and no obligation to book.
What should I have ready?
Rough dimensions if you have them, photos of the space, and any inspiration images. None of it is required. A two minute description is enough to get started.
Do you handle emergencies?
Water damage gets a same or next day response. Call rather than using the form so it reaches us immediately.
Ten Triangle towns
We work across Wake, Durham and Orange counties. Pick your town to see what we do there, or just call and describe the project.
